We offer free shipping to business address within the 48 states:
1. Free shipping on order of $1000 or more to Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Santa Babara County, San Diego County and Inland Empire Riverside County
2. Free Shipping on order of $1500 or more to AZ, CA and NV
3. Free Shipping on order of $2300 or more to all other states.
WHAT IS TIE 4 SAFE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be approved in advance and may only be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please call or email us to get your Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping any product to us.
Restock Fee: We require a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns and product exchanges.
